The Tiegs Zoology Museum houses a collection representing the whole animal kingdom, ranging from tiny jellyfish in jars to a giant moa skeleton. The collection was started back around 1890, so many specimens are really old.

A Treasure Hunt will encourage Festival visitors to locate some of the more intriguing specimens.

Visitors will also be free to browse round the cabinets as they wish.

This event is part of the 2017 University of Melbourne Science Festival.
Students, staff and the general public are all welcome to attend. Registrations required.
